Lead line, and USEF Eventing class entries are "#8 request a class."

Request-a-class (description)

Entries: accepted on first come, first served basis, determined by Postmark. Incomplete entries will be wait-listed. Copy 2009 RMDS official entry form from your Omnibus, or download it from our Webpage www.aspendressage.com  Use one entry form for each horse/rider combination. Include current negative Coggins.( Local horses excepted.)

Make Checks payable to:  WCC-RMDS
Show Fees: $5 per class for classes 1-8. 
Non-member Show fees: $6 per class. 
Late fee of $2 per horse charged for all entries postmarked after closing date. $15 fee charge for non-sufficient fund checks. 
Refunds: No refunds after closing date, unless veterinarian certificate is provided and ride is sold.
Warm-up area is outdoor with sand footing.  20mx60m arena with sand footing, indoor in case of severe weather conditions.
Minumum Show Attire: Helmet, boots, and clean clothes (gloves and breeches would be nice but are not mandatory.)

 
Ride Times: Will be posted on the  website. All riders will also be notified by email. Enclose your email address with entry.  Non email riders will be notified by mail. Include  self-addressed stamped envelope with  entry. Ride times are provisional. 
Official Ride Times are posted day of show at Show Office, and on the web site.
Directions:
From I-70 take exit 116 toward Aspen. Continue to the HWY 82 bridge. Cross bridge and continue traveling on Hwy 82 for approximately 17 miles to Catherine 
Store Road. Turn North onto Catherine Store Road (aka County Road 100) and continue approximately 3 miles to farm entrance on Left, just beyond the 102 road  "T" intersection.. 
From Hwy 82 (Aspen, Snowmass, Basalt, El Jebel, Carbondale) turn North onto Catherine Store Road and continue approximately 3 miles to farm entrance on Left, just beyond the 102 "T" intersection. See home page schedule.

Food: Beverages and snacks provided. Please bring your own lunch and preferred beverage. 

Volunteers: We would love to have a few hours of your time to help make this show a success! Please indicate on your entry form when you can help out: before, during (we'll schedule around your ride times), and/or after the show. Thanks!  

Exhibitors and spectators shall hold  WCC-RMDS, Show staff, volunteers, and employees ,harmless for any accident to spectator, participant, borses or equipment which may occur from sickness, fire, theft or otherwise.
Dogs must be leashed.

All horses must have current Coggins and be in good health
